Pune Municipal Corporation has two separate apps for traffic related grievances and for civic related grievances.

This application accepts only traffic related complaints. It is very easy to use. If you see any traffic related violation in the city of Pune, use this app to register a complaint. Download the app from the following link.
PMC Care: (PuneConnect)
All civic related complaints can be registered on this application by anyone. It has a categorization of complaints. Select an appropriate category and register your complaint. Download the app from the following link.
